I don't know if this has happened to other people, but since the Season of the Haunted update, my Xbox Series X shuts down with overheating randomly while playing Destiny 2. The machine is well ventilated, upright, and all the rest of it, and this only happens with Destiny 2 after maybe an hour, depending on the activity. I play hours of any other game and this doesn't happen. It never happened once before the new season, including during the hot summer months last summer (and no air con). Are all the pretty fire explosions pushing the processor and Xbox Series X cooling possibilities? Is anyone else experiencing this?

My series x fan runs faster also heat on the console is higher than usual but not to the point to be concerned this eventually generate more noise than usual due to the fan speed. From time to time the game randomly closes but no overheating message appears… Do you get an overheating message when this happen to you?
