Game unable to load after signing in on PC if switch between NVIDIA and AMD GPU Cards system from time to time. The game would not continue beyond sign-in screen, stuck in a loop. I have two PC setups, one with NVIDIA GPU and one with AMD GPU. Many time I played on AMD GPU, I cannot login after signing into NVIDIA GPU. Restarting the PC didn't help. What fix the issue is to verify file on Steam every time this issue happened. The GPU XML configuration reset will make this issue disappear as well. However, this never has happened before Lightfall. From time to time, signing in AMD GPU system will make the issue appear again. I speculate the issue is related to cross system syncing between two setting and somehow AMD GPU settings occasionally corrupted NVIDIA system's configuration; therefore, the game will not load properly until I reset the configuration file on the current system.
