I have an idea, that maybe Bungie can implement. A lot of us keep our vaults full of weapons in fear some of them will ever become relevant again (raise your hand if you are guilty). Some of us keep sunset ones, because “I spent hours and hours grinding to get that roll, I don’t want to delete it. Maybe I can use it on the crucible…maybe they’ll make it come back somehow”. Sounds familiar? Seeing that Bungie is bringing back old favorites like Austringer and Spare rations (I’m ashamed to say the hours wasted to get my rolls), maybe Bungie can repay that time invested by giving us a consumable, that allows you to “Bring back to life” that weapon with that roll that you loved, that is getting dusty in your inventory. Something to eliminate the sunset in the weapon. It can be a consumable like the Deepsight Harmonizer, where you could only get a few of them each season. Or even the same Deepsight Harmonizer. You could apply it to your old weapon and renew it with the roll it had, if the perks are still current. Or make it available to weapons that are coming back, just so that you don’t have to level it to gain the roll that you already have and lost time on. What do you guys think?
