It's been this way since the beginning of LightFall after the huge mod changes, but here's the issue:

Insulation is genuinely pointless, I never even run the mod at this point and if I need it I just run Absolution which gives all my abilities energy and gives class ability energy equivalent to [i]2 copies of Insulation [/i]. Before LightFall the mod used to give the same amount of energy as Innervation and Invigoration, please just put it back as there's no reason to have it this way. It is a waste of a mod slot to run even 1 copy if you can afford Absolution or Orbs of Restoration, and more than 1 copy is an active hindrance to your build.
