Probably have to utilize banner shield or go back to stacking bubble + well. I've done plenty of raids without well or bubble. The only thing this really changes is it raises the skill required for players to do raids, dungeons and gms. There will be a lot of lower skill players who will probably be kicked due to not being able to stay alive or run optimal dps.
