Light & Darkness Collection Content Issues
I've come back to the game after taking a long break from it and decided to buy the full content collection on steam (xbox was my original platform) and after I logged into the game I've noticed some of the content from the pack is missing, such as the dungeon key and all 3 season passes. Is there something I'm missing? Maybe I have to redeem these items later? I already received the stash items so I don't get why those would be missing.

1 답변Did you activate cross-save before or after buying it and signing in? API shows the passes have been applied to your Steam account. What you'll want to do is head to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]this page[/url] and at the bottom it has a 'Submit Request' button. On that form explain the situation and tell them the passes are not on your active account. Bungie will look into it and are fairly good at just activating passes/key on the account from those tickets once reviewed.
