So how has the nemeses system in shadow of mordor lived up to any expectations (if you had any) post your stories here!
Eg. My favourite nemesis so far was called krug the lucky shot. He was an uruk hunter who was already a captain when I found him, or he found me should I say. (story in the spoiler)
I was interrupting another captains feast when I ran into him, I'd just killed a horde of uruks and was left with next to no health when he ambushed me, a short fight ensued but he managed to defeat me, what annoyed me however was his humiliation strength which meant he left me alive saying that "I'm not worthy" and walked away.
I kept hunting him down across the map but he defeats me ever time because his only weakness is combat finishers and his horde around him is always large enough to be troublesome. Eventually, when he's reached power level 20, I corner him in some old ruins, I focus shot 4 of his followers in the head and pounce on another. I proceed to kill the 20 orcs around him until its just me and him left.
I managed to get him down to the brink of death before any more of his minions show up to help him, at which point he flees towards his friends, I didn't go that far just to let him live however a vaulted over the uruks and chased him across the plateau which led to an Orc campsight. we raced across rooftops until I finally caught up far enough to get a few strikes down and he fall on his knees on to edge of the building. He get's one final insult in saying "Do it you coward, I'll not beg from you" before I cut his head clean of and he falls to the ground.
I have a nemesis called Kuma the Biter. He only appears when I'm fighting other captains and he always flees only for me to kill him. He had showed up to fight 11 times.
