PLEASE HELP: can't get past connecting logo on PS5

For the past 2 weeks, I cannot log into destiny. I click "play", and then I get the connecting logo and it never goes away. I never get booted, no error code. I have waited upwards of 15 minutes and nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling D2, and power cycling my PS5. Nothing works. I tried changing networks. Didn't work. It is not my internet because this is the only game that does not work. I've tried restoring licenses. It has the latest update. I am at a loss and I don't know what to do.
