16 year old teen girl arrested for child porn for posting nude selfies.

I don't think that 16 year olds should be posting nudes on twitter, but do you think that juvenile is the best option for her? Give your thoughts.

But pornography is a form of media (pictures, movies, etc) which it's purpose is to promote sexual arousal. By that logic, couldn't pictures of people (especially teens) in swim suits be classified as pornography as well?
