It's probably gonna get one. Not because it deserves one, but because "everyone" is using it, and, well, the tallest blade of grass gets cut first, right? For regular PvP, Praedyth's Timepiece or Oversoul Edict fit the same archetype as Grasp, in case you decide to fight fire with fire. Probably not gonna cut it for Iron Banner, though. Heh.
