During this week's heroic strike playlist I noticed that Gjallarhorn was the go to for everyone in the strike with a heavy or exotic in general. Did everyone forget about Sleeper, Spindle and my personal favorite, Dragon's Breath. The Spindle and Sleeper make short work of any floating or roaming boss, much faster than the Gjallarhorn does, not to mention they can both carry more ammo with the right spec. The Dragon's Breath though, this is the ultimate mob clearing weapon with solar burn, not to mention, bosses that are slower and have feet on the ground. I haven't made much headway in the raid since it launched. I tried it the first day at 347 and only got to Vosik's second phase. Have been working my light up before having another go at it. From the encounters further in the raid, it seems like these weapons would be serious contenders for portions of the raid. Has anyone given them a try?
