Grenade + Jump Glitch (Hunter and Titan)
Upon signing back into Destiny, my Hunter's grenade is never properly set to the tripmine, but rather to the seeker grenade.
I have only tested this on an Xbox One, from low power mode, and on a Gunslinger Hunter.
