Topica. I mean I went dead orbit, (because it's my first faction choice and at the time my only good shaders are vanguard or suros themed so I wanted something... not bright.) I was torn between them and fwc as always but after learning of dire promise I had too because I need a good handcannon. Scouts and what not come easy in rep rewards and an energy pulse wouldn't fit my load out very much with all my CQB otherwise being energy. So why the dead orbit is emo thing. Darker colors have proven to be better in games, (mainly rumble but they have an effect in other gamemodes) and aside from that we have a good red shader with suros, although a red and gold is nice, but only one black shader from what I've seen. And it's not that common for me at least so I see a lack of diversity in darker colors, unless you mean the dust pallet which I do like and use more than the DO shaders. But most people have a good load out. So if your fine now, why try and get a good gun when you can increase your color pallet. And with, from my view point, the lack of black shaders it's something needed. (Honest I got more bright pink reflective shaders than black ones outside of DO as in I got none black ones and about 7 pink ones. ) that high rate of fire pulse maybe would have been good but don't we already have high rate of fire pulsed? (I'm not sure as I don't have any pulses besides the DO one lol rng please) and how are they? Firefly is nice for pve but other guns have it and the free exotics have them too. Also raid DPS exotics typically are in the energy slot not primary so for hardcore raid teams what would it bring? I mean sure sweet business but that needs a specific build to be effective. I mean I know there are some good power weapons for DPS but the low ammo count probally means energy and kinetic are better for exotic unless you got an amazing weapon in the other slots. So if everyone is mida camping.. how would this pulse fair? Would it even handle good? Well I got my DO fill with shaders so I'm going fwc to hopefully get the pulse so we can find out. I mean there are many reasons to value a shader over a potentially useless gun... I mean low impact with firefly it might not do much when it procs compared to sunshot for example. And the need for that is kinda limited I mean if I got the night stalker exotic boots that give you energy back I won't be needing it as much if at all and an auto might be good enough to manage swarms as any huge swarms can be dealt with the super and any small hordes can be dealt with automatic weapons. [spoiler]haven't done raid so take it with a bit of salt but from d1 experiance and from what I've seen it's not that needed and there are better options in the energy weapon slot for most activities[/spoiler] but deal is only way it would be good is if mid range engagements become a thing, and if then it has a fast enough ttk and is accurate enough to out duel other guns. But seriously why is DO emo so many reasons not to go other factions besides emo. And the new monarchy full auto side arm is ehh. My experiance with full auto side arms have been bad. It might work but only if it out ttks last hope and has enough range to contest uriels gift. I mean if you need good guns fwc can be an easy way to get them but if your good or content cosmetic is the way. I have so much red I don't need any more but I have no black other wise. (Also need more green. Like lime green but what ever.)
