The wormhusk crown does not proc all the time. It works approx. 30% of the time. I think i know the reason, I use one mod to decrease class abilities (dodge). I think this causing the issue. More mods is worse. If it's programmed to proc at normal recharge rate (let's assume 20 seconds) and you have one mod that brings it down 16% and you try to dodge to regain health during that window it will NOT work. If you have 3 mods for class abilities decreasing recharge by 50% (per go fast update), then the window for Wormhusk Crown proccing is even worse. My 30% is based on pvp experience and frequency of dodging while damaged and some testing. If i were to wait, 20-25 seconds (normal recharge time) it would proc 100% of the time. Having more class mods seem to increase the issue. This exotic needs to be reprogrammed to take into account reduced recharge time from mods.
