I think faction rally should revolve around crucible more. I think for crucible there should be like a reward system for pvp. So for example, if your dead orbit you have two progression bars. One for new monarchy and one for fwc. Every enemy faction guardian you take out in crucible modes progresses the bar. If you progress the new monarchy bar you earn faction weapons. If you progress fwc you get faction armour. And if you have more than two dead orbit faction members on your crucible team they give you a power buff or progression buff. Also like the last faction rally you should have the faction depicted above you so everyone knows what faction your in. Just a thought....
