Guardians, What is the Highest Base Stat Total You've Ever Seen on a Piece of Armor?
As the title of the post says, what is the biggest number you've seen as the base stat total of a piece of armor? If the piece of armor uses any mods that boost the Mobility, Resilience, Recovery, Discipline, Intellect or Strength of the armor piece, just subtract 10 from the total and you'll have the base stat. If it is masterworked, subtract 12.
For me, an enemy dropped a Controverse Hold with a stat of 64. Biggest number I've ever seen and I can't find anyone else with the same number or bigger. I keep seeing a lot of 63s.

I used to think the highest was 60, since that was what was on some random Warlock gauntlets I got early into Shadowkeep. I power grinded my Hunter recently, and claimed all the season pass armor at 950. The helmet came at 59, 60 for the arms, 64 for the vest, and 63 for the boots. TL;DR, I bet the highest possible total is 70.
