Amount of ammo should be based on skill level with that weapon

I understand the purpose of limiting how much ammo you start out with when it comes to snipers, shotguns, fusion rifles and grenade launchers that use special ammo. It’s because these weapons can easily kill in 1 shot. The limit is put into place to prevent someone who is already skilled with them from just killing everyone with little to no effort. However if you are not skilled with that weapon or are new or are simply not at all good with crucible 2 bullets simply is not enough. That’s why these weapons should get a shots on target ratio that will be used to determine the amount of ammo you get for that weapon. Shots on target or (SOT) is the bullets that hit the target divided by the total bullets fired. A low ratio will yield more bullets (Max 5) and a high ratio will yield less bullets (Min 1). A new player or someone who is simply not skilled with that weapon or not good at crucible in general could have up to 5 bullets to start out with. While a skilled player will only have 1 bullet to start out with. The more skilled you become with that weapon the less bullets you get and the worser you get the more you get. The trade off is. You are expecting a unskilled or new player to miss more of their shots hence the extra ammo and you are expecting a skilled player to get more of their shots on target hence the reduction in ammo. So even though unskilled players or new players are getting more they are also expected to miss more than a skilled player which makes up for the difference.
