After ~2 years I wanted to play Destiny 2 again and was happy that I kept claiming the prime loot. Now I've got the issue that all the items are invisible ingame but I can see them in the App and the game is telling me to go to Amanda Halliday to claim something. I tried everything I could find on reddit and over here in the forum. I even tried to write a ticket to which bungie responded with an automated answer just like here in the forum: "I appreciate you reporting this issue to us. We're aware that it's occurring and we're investigating." I guess bungie dosen't care that much about their playerbase if they can't even fix such an issue within months -.-
