I feel like I'd rather armor stats be in multiples of 5 instead of the current random numbers, like the lowest stat being 5 instead of 2 and being able to achieve cap without going over by just a little bit.
Since the stats are tier based, if the lowest stats is 5, it wouldn't proc a Tier-1 modifier and can use a Minor Armor Stat Mod to achieve it more cleanly.
I initially thought something similar with the guns, but that would get complicated fast since their stats aren't as impactful to a build as armor is, especially since Exotic Weapons have static stats while Exotic Armor can have random stats.
Generally, I'm aware that this might be more resource and time-consuming in some way than it would be worth. But I'm not demanding it; I just wanted to bring the idea up rather than just sit on it and wonder, "What if."
