My friend is unable to use the in game voice chat and text chat because the game thinks he’s underage. We’ve tried everything, even making me his verified adult guardian and I “enabled” his chat privileges, but that still did nothing as of now and he’s unable to access any parental controls by himself. Bungie, fix whatever this system is by giving him a way to somehow verify he is an adult that doesn’t require him to send a ticket that could take a month to get a reply. The fact that this happened out of nowhere with no ways to resolve it himself immediately is quite concerning. Hopefully we’re able to fix this soon.
