Hi there, Posting this issue here because my support ticket was closed. On the Weekend before Solstice 2024 ended, I unlocked the glowing arm and boot universal Ornaments for my Warlock with Synthweave earned from Ada-1 bounties. Before unlocking them I noticed that there were 2 versions of each piece in the transmog menu, normally I know one of those is the glowing version and the other one is the non-glowing version, however I checked them both before unlocking them and they both had a glow applied, and the pieces themselves weirdly had no name, just a blank space. I unlocked and equipped them, and they were both fine, both had the glow on, nice. Come this weeks reset, my universal ornaments aren't glowing anymore. I checked the transmog page, and now the versions I have unlocked aren't glowing, but the other version is, and they all now have correct names. [b]I have a screenshot (linked) of the boots from just before I unlocked them, but no ss of the gloves (however the story for those is the same). I double checked the ones I unlocked before unlocking them, and sure enough they both had a glow applied, I even asked my partner what she thought of the glowing pieces with my other gear as she hadn't unlocked them yet, I have a screenshot of my trying them out with a different armour set to show that they actually had the glow applied to them after unlocking[/b]. I feel like I've been conned out of earned Synthweave (that we're capped at getting, remember), and it's worrying to think that people could have got the weave with Silver and also had this happen to them. I now have no bounties left from Ada-1 this season, and the ornaments I now have are not the ones I unlocked before Solstice ended. I understand now that there was an error that got fixed with the ornaments not having a name attached to them, but it also seems like both variants displayed a glow which now only one variant does - you can appreciate how annoying it must be to have unlocked 2 pieces with glows on them, that had the glow applied in game, that now after reset do not. I am now left with 2 transmogs that I do not want, and aren't what I unlocked last weekend, with both pieces showing a glow before reset and not having a name, how is anyone supposed to know which one was the correct one? Any help would be appreciated please, if possible I just want the 2 glowing ornaments from this most recent Solstice I unlocked back and the non-glowing variants removed, or the 2 synthweave I used returned back to my account to re-unlock them myself.
