Hey there, I am assuming you won't be making any change to your cross-save setup, and that you purchased the Final Shape annual pass edition on Steam? Season/Episode passes and dungeon keys get tied to the Active character set, and the content is accessible on any of the linked systems in the cross-save setup. That's different from expansion packs, which are only accessible when you play the characters on the platform on which the purchase was made. So, even if you did buy the annual pass edition on Steam, the episode passes have been applied to your Active characters, which are from XBox. If you log in on XBox with your current setup, you will therefore have access to the Episode content and any Dungeon Keys too. So all you'd need is The Final Shape's standard edition on XBox, unfortunately there'll be a wasted episode pass there since you own them all already.
