There are a few posts w/ comments mentioning this but wanted to write out how I produced the softlock 1. I tried starting tonic quest from Eido/table, but initially was unable to My bounties/quests limit was maxed, so the quest went to the post master but I didn't know at the time 2. Ran an onslaught just in case, returned to the table with less quests and was able to pick up and fully complete the Tonic Brewing Guide quest with no issues. 3. Checking my post-master habitually, I noticed that the quest went to my post-master from the first time I tried. I picked it up AFTER already completing it before, then head back to the tonic table by Eido. 4. Attempted to progress the quest again, but am softlocked out of creating more tonics on the character I claimed the quest from postmaster with. Stuck on the step 'Collect the necessary reagent from the shelves nearby.' Interacting with the shelves is not progressing this step, softlocking further tonic creation. Other characters are still able to brew tonics. Quest is also unabandonable, have tried going to orbit, running an onslaught, etc., nothing is allowing the Tonic Brewing Guide to progress to Step 2 on this character, other characters still able to pick up and complete the quest as normal.
