If this is your first character then you get the remaining 6 items (Super/aspects etc) working through the Destined Heroes questline that gives you 2 further quests called 'Lost in the Light' and 'Found in the Dark' For alternate characters, the 6 adventure flags located near Ghost in the old tower courtyard of the Pale Heart will give one item per completion.
