Tonic Brewing guide step 1 of 4
I still cannot collect the necessary reagent from the shelves nearby. This step keeps repeating endlessly. It's been several weeks now. Any hope of a fix?

Hi there, Thanks for reporting this. The team is aware of this issue, where several stages of Tonic Brewing are getting stuck in infinite loops, and that this has persisted through the November 5th patch. The team is investigating.

Bungie is fully aware of this bug, and they are working hard towards a fix. They did apply a patch with the recent update on Tuesday 5th November 2024, but unfortunately it didn't help. Bungie are continuing to investigate this bug and will issue a patch when possible. For the latest news, please follow Bungie's official news feeds. -

I'm guessing they can't (meaning are unwilling to expend resources) to fix it and we will have to wait for the next installment. It's Bungie. What do you expect?
