I've just read a topic where a guy asked for a YouTube channel, to unmask cheaters, which made me think.
So why can't you expose someone cheating in a videogame on YouTube, but you can record random people on street in real-life and put them on the internet? I don't see any logic here.
Can someone please explain this?

Also its kind of a strange question because it implies that Bungie allows you tape people in public and it doesn't really make sense as a comparison.
