iron banner tempered buff
Does the buff count down and deplete whole your offline or is it 12hours of online-play that depletes it?
See I'm one of those that bought t thinking it was a consumable instead no warning and it's a one time use so I'm pissed but at myself not bungie I should of used my common sense
