Lucky Pants damage buff not working?
There are times when I ready a hand cannon with lucky pants equipped and I don't get the damage bonus for hand cannons. I make sure the out of luck debuff is not active and yet it still doesn't buff my damage. It frustrates me that when I put on lucky pants I don't know if it will even work as intended or not. Does anyone else have this issue or am I going crazy?
