2 Weeks now going to 3. It should not take this long to reply to an email it is disgraceful, Last week we only saw one person get a response back but in the comments of that post there was a lot of people claiming to have sent you guys an email requesting help. I will keep sending you emails to get a response and even use your customer service form for 1 more week and at the end of the week I will issue a chargeback and I will have the right to do so.
