This is not an original thread, as I stole it from a b.net post I was a while ago. I wanna keep my debating skills sharp, so you guys post a comment making an argument (it can be about anything), and I'll try to argue against it (regardless of my personal beliefs). I'll turn on Statist-Mode for this one. Ahem... "Allowing an unchecked flow of immigrants into the U.S. is economically damaging. These unskilled laborers fill jobs that could otherwise be filled by Americans that need them. Not only that, but some receive state benefits - directly or indirectly. This places another burden on taxpayers. We ought to ramp up border security in order to mitigate illegal immigration, and we need to make sure that we only let in the best and brightest."
