Wow...No Wonder I Can't Ever Roll Full Auto on Shadow or Hero Formula
not sure when, but bungie stealth-nerfed full auto ONLY on max-speed scouts
i have one from House of Wolves with full auto, but shitty perks, i just checked the armory and all full auto perks have been stripped from max-speed scouts
can't remember seeing the nerf posts for shadow and hero formula...
