Increase height of Calus Barriers
Pretty self explanatory. We've all been there. Completely flat tile sliding into Calus' mouth. All of a sudden you bump the barrier and go flying off. I'm not saying make it a big wall, just something to prevent bumping off the barrier.

If you fall, it's your own fault for either not killing a psion or not paying attention to what is in front of you. In that image you can clearly see that the ground to the left of you has a slightl incline. That is what pushed you off.
