Powerful gear not dropping at proper light lvl
Just wondering if this is a glitch because my powerful engrams are dropping one lvl above my current weapons light lvl and that goes for exotics ive gotten. On another note im not getting any armor drops at all from powerful engrams besides when i did the first lot of powerful engrams at the start of the expansion and then nothing after that. I havent done the prime engram farm or anything for it to glitch out like this
