Hiyo. Had a hiccup recently on the Strange Terrain strike. Killed the first glowing green knight guys and hopped down the hole to progress but the black smoke was still there. We could not find a way to get it to go away. We tried running back, and it didn't work. We tried wiping and no bueno either. Also, who do I bug for a refund on a gift of the vanguard token? Cause I used one. And then the strike broke.
