just got the empyrean hunter grips full set ornament for 1,500 silver and realized that i can't attach them to gear that isn't Legendary (rare types and even exotics!). This does not make any sense since ornaments from the Eververse are merely cosmetic, so why can't i attach them to my non-legendary gear? Also, this isn't stated clearly before you purchase the items. I'm unable to refund as i have already opened my gear bundle. Any help on this would be good.
