Ghost Armorer Mod working as intended?
Using the ghost armorer mod (discipline) and focusing a Tier-3 strength season of the splicer engram returned a strength stat of 21 (nice!) but a discipline stat of 2. The ghost armorer mod states that it guarantees 10 or more stats of the selected mod. Is this working as intended?
