Rose Perk Selection Originally Had?
I didn’t receive the “perk selection rose originally had” even though I did complete the intro quest like it was said in the crucible twab, I instead got an elemental capacitor rangefinder role? Where’s my outlaw Rose?

It doesn’t roll with Outlaw they changed what perks you can get on it. Only reload perk you can get on it is Rapid Hit.
