Not receiving seasonal emails
I have done everything to activate my email into receiving promotional content: (seasonal recaps, yearly recaps) but I still do not receive anything. I’ve contacted customer support before but still nothing happens. What can I do?

I've done everything and filled out the form and had my Bungie support ticket closed. They simply cannot fix it. I haven't received emails for years.

Same here. I have my email verified, and I have the necessary settings enabled on my Bungie account, but I haven't received a single email from them other than the one verifying my email.

The last email I received was on season 18 and at the time I wasn't even playing the game, but I came back on LF release and still didn't get a seasonal email for S20 and S21...

That's a good question because I've not had any in the last few days either. :/ While all my friends are sharing theirs.
