Problem with logging in account. "You lack the privileges to read or write this data(12)"
This message is from my friend, he himself cannot leave it because he cannot log in his account.

Your friend may have entered a DOB of under 13 years of age when they created their Bungie account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bungie's services. If your friend is of age, please send them the below link to correct that information.
