I and other players have often found it hard to clearly and quickly read the radar in Destiny 2, especially in PvP. It seems to either not show vital info in time, or show completely inaccurate info.
I think there are 3 main problems with Destiny 2's radar system:
- You need to look closely for subtle gradient changes in order to pinpoint where an enemy will be.
- The "pie slice" system we have now doesn't show info clearly or quickly enough to warrant being used over our eyes and ears.
- The radar's grey background is too transparent against the rest of the game.
Bungie, I would greatly appreciate it if you updated the radar to make it more visible and accessible.
Edit: I have tried the colorblind mode that makes your radar yellow, and it works well on all maps except Altar of Flame and Radiant Cliffs, which have a mostly yellow tint/color scheme to them.
Also, I feel like I should clear something else up that I saw mentioned on someone else's post. I don't crutch radar, I don't hide behind corners waiting for enemies, and I don't hardscope the same lane for minutes at a time. I push a LOT in PvP (sometimes way too much), and I just think the radar needs an overhaul in order for average-skilled players like me to perform better in PvP (and sometimes PvE).

I just wear headphones and use sound ques. Looking at any radar is time looking away from the screen
