Missing Lightfall Expansion Data

Hello Bungie, After purchasing The Final Shape expansion plus season pass, I noticed that some of my Lightfall data is missing. When I access my account on Xbox, I can see all my pass accomplishments on the timeline icon, but it shows my Lightfall data as greyed out. In addition, I now have a "Purchase Lightfall" icon appearing on the destination map, and when I go to Neomuna and talk to Nimbus, it shows the items that I already unlocked as greyed out even though my rank with Nimbus shows over 45. I've spent hundreds of dollars purchasing each and every expansion plus season passes. I don't understand why my data suddenly greyed out. I only have one account on Xbox; Sole Arcanum. Please fix this.

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
