Can’t access Failsafe.
As I only started playing this season, I have already completed all of the Episode:Echoes quests. However, whenever I try to talk to failsafe it says that I need to have episode echoes season pass in order to do anything further. The only workaround for this that I can seem to find is to buy the annual pass version of the game. As I already own final shape, all the dungeon keys, and the current season pass, this would simply be a $50 purchase just to access failsafe. Is there anything else I can do?

No, the only way to access Echoes Episode Pass now is via the Annual Pass edition, unfortunately if you've already bought The Final Shape Dungeon Key, you'll basically be paying $50 for 2 Episode passes and a few extras like the Rahool Secret Stash.
