Overall, 162 out of the 532 elected officials (includes Senate and the House) voted against the bill, all of whom were Republicans. The bill is now being sent to Obama and he has said that once it reaches his desk, he will sign it immediately and will begin to reopen the government as soon as possible.
A committee is being put together at the moment to address the budget issues and they are scheduled to submit their recommendations on December 13, 2013.

Not like anything will get done after the Government re-opens anyway. Republicans halt any attempt to create jobs or even a jobs bill while also attempting to destroy Obamacare.
