not sure if this is the place to be posting this, but during the fight against sepiks I got into a room that has no exit or entrance. it's up the stairs to the left of where you first see sepiks, and has a closed door that you can't interact with. pretty sure he hit me with one of his projectiles and that's how I got pushed in. ...also, it was pretty funny watching my teammates trying to figure out how to get in there to revive me
