Vanguard Armory Early Access Help
So at first when I went to my hunter vanguard, it said certain pieces of the vanguard armor would unlock at level four, but when I returned a level four it said unlock at level 20. I preordered the digital guardian edition (Xbox1) so wasn't it supposed to unlock at level 4? I tried reinstalling the vanguard armory pack twice and it still says unlock at level 20. Anyone else experience this?

Get to lvl 5 head to the Vanguard in the ship area where dead orbit is
