Buried Bloodline - Most Broken RNG in Existence

I've been playing Destiny 2 for 6-7 years with the same fireteam of friends so I've had my share of grinds. But trying to get Buried Bloodline to drop has been the most painful and worst experience and to call it a grind is an insult to grinds. My fireteam started running Warlord's Ruin, aka Warlord's Disappointment, now aka Warlord's Ragequit when it first went live. We collected all 10 of the Ahamkara bones as early as possible to get the Exotic boost. Two weeks later one of my fireteam got it and a week later the other got theirs. Fast forward 7ish months to June after running it every week and usually on 2 or 3 of my Guardians for multiple chances. Monday June 17th one of my fireteam got their THIRD Buried Bloodline. Yesterday following reset, the other member of my fireteam got their SECOND. I have yet to get a SINGLE one. Caps intentional to highlight the ridiculous nature of this RNG drop. My complaint is not that I should have gotten the drop back in December. My complaint is that you have a "random" system that allows this kind of gross disparity in key loot distribution. I don't know how someone could look at this scenario and say it's working as designed and there's no chance there's a bug or flaw in logic somewhere. For my sanity, could someone from Bungie please look into this drop mechanic? Thank you.
