Monitor suddenly gets no signal & goes on standby when I'm playing destiny

Hi! As the title says, when I'm playing destiny, after a while (sometimes it's as soon as I open the game and sometimes it's like an hour into playing) my monitor will say no signal & go on standby and then I have to restart my pc to get it working again. I can still hear sound until I press the power button on my pc. I'm at a loss of what to do, I really wanna play the game but I just can't, destiny is the only game where any of this happens, I don't have this issue with any other game. I've tried updating & reinstalling my gpu drivers, verifying files, redownloading d2, turning down my refresh rate, turning off vsync, changing to windowed mode, cleaning my pc, checking my cables, tried new cables. Windows event viewer just says there was unexpected crashes due to the system not responding, crashing, or losing power unexpectedly. The thing I haven't tried yet is a new monitor because I dont have a spare. Please help!! :( I would really love to play the game and not get dc'ed in the middle of activities

  • Hello, Thanks for reaching out! If you haven't already, we recommend that you update your graphics card drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date drivers and can help resolve these types of issues. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting the technical support team for the monitor that is having issues.
