After the update earlier in September I've noticed much slower frame rates and choppy gameplay. I tried to reduce all graphics settings and put my MSI into extreme performance mode and although it helped slightly the issue still existed. I also switched the PhysX to the GPU (RXT 4070) and I'm running a I7 CPU. I haven't had any issues with D2 in the past but only in the last week has this issue come up. I have also noticed that there is relatively low GPU usage (40%-60%) during actual gameplay. I don't have this issue on any other games.
