When Bungie first announced the Ghost Edition of Destiny I was one of the lucky people fast enough to switch my preorder over to the deluxe version of the game.
But like many people I was sadly disappointed when at the midnight launch event I got a box that was poorly designed and cheaply put together. My Ghost Edition was torn at three of the four corners. With the extreme scarcity of these I couldn't exchange it for a replacement (I was the only person that got a Ghost Edition at my store). The damage was clearly caused by the manufacturer and/or distributer, not the retailer.
So I'm asking Bungie/Activision what they intend to do to fix this? It's a fairly common issue with the Ghost Editions of the game.
