Get on a strike in the cosmodrome with other two friends, get back to where patrols begun. Go down the stairs to your left (where the ghost has to shed light) and kill the 3 yellow bar hives. Go back, kill the 3 enemies in the surface, get back. Profit.

You can go in with a random group of people and just go there and then go back... it's surprisingly quick getting there
